OVERVIEW

Following the completion of multiple Design Guideline brochures for the South Bethlehem Historic District from 2003 to 2005, the City retained PDP in 2012 to prepareDesign Guidelines for the Central Bethlehem Historic District as well city-wide Guidelines for Sustainability to provide information for all property owners. The Guidelines for Sustainability describe the inherent sustainability of historic preservation as well as make recommendations that are sensitive to historic building fabric.
