Since 2001, PDP has been retained by numerous communities - from large cities and townships to small towns and boroughs - to prepare Design Guidelines for the maintenance and rehabilitation of their historic buildings and landscapes. In the preparation of Guidelines, PDP provides valuable information to assist property owners and local preservation boards, allowing historic resources to continue to be a long-term asset in their regions.
