city of gloucester (NJ) - design guidelines
OVERVIEW
The City of Gloucester is located along the Delaware River, south of Camden, NJ. PDP was selected to prepare Design Guidelines for this economically challenged area, addressing the concerns of both the Historic Preservation Commission and the Urban Enterprise Zone. The project included both the main commercial corridor and the surrounding residential area.
