village of roslyn (NY) - design guidelines
OVERVIEW
The Roslyn Historic District, listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, is located on the northern shore of Long Island. In 2006, PDP was retained by The Roslyn Landmarks Society and the Village of Roslyn and their Historic District Board to create Design Guidelines to assist property owners in understanding the unique historic character of their property when considering alteration or modifications.
