OVERVIEW

In 2014, PDP was selected to write the Design Guidelines for the Vieux Carré Historic District, City of New Orleans, LA. PDP was previously engaged with the Historic District Landmarks Commission of the City of New Orleans and prepared Design Guidelines in 2009. Dominique M. Hawkins brought her expertise to the French Quarter to prepare Guidelines that are intended as a tool to help manage change and protect the Vieux Carré's architectural and historical resources.
